About The Position

The Esthetics Instructor at Cinta Aveda Institute is responsible for educating and mentoring students in the field of esthetics. Requirements

• Current California Esthetics and/or Cosmetology License
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an esthetician in a salon/spa
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate students
• Skilled in team building and creating a cooperative work and learning environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in salon/shop environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Explain, demonstrate and instruct the Cinta Aveda Institute methodology and terminology
• Lead the team with a team-focused attitude and exceptional leadership qualities
• Ensure all classroom and clinic floor protocols and standards are maintained
• Maintain service and retail sales to the stated objective
• Cultivate a healthy and positive internal culture committed to growth and company goals
• Maintain valid California Esthetics and/or Cosmetology License
