About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
• At least 2 years experience in detailed estimation and revision management during cost estimation
• Experience in Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Power Generation required
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
• Knowledge in utilizing MTOs (Material Take-Offs) and BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
• Certification in cost engineering or project management a plus
• Spanish-speaking a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop orders anticipating project costs and requirements
• Analyze and determine costs of different units of the industrial installations and quantities
• Prepare detailed cost calculations and participate in revisions throughout the estimation process
• Utilize MTOs (Materials Take-Off) and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) effectively for cost estimations
