Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and act as the lead point of contact for pricing.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the aggregate/commodity market.
• Drive quality customer sales service, both inside and outside.
• Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures in all work.
• Complete reports and paperwork associated with maintenance planning activities in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, external customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Develop clear, error-free documents for professional communication.
• Work closely with procurement to manage project and department budgets.
• Prioritize work to provide relevant business information to management accurately and timely.
• Maintain records and management systems, compiling information as directed.

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in aggregate/commodity sales preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with personnel and external customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work independently.
• Computer skills with QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, Google, and social media.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of the Vegas Valley.
• Experience in the construction industry and aggregates market preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
