About the position

MC² is that workplace. We know—we're that group! We have a rare opening for an Estimator to join our amazing group. The Estimator is responsible for timely and accurate preparation of cost/pricing estimates for projects as requested and outlined, as well as incremental pricing estimates for changes and/or additions that occur throughout the project cycle. This role is crucial in ensuring that all estimates are not only accurate but also compliant with the design and scope of the projects. The Estimator will calculate production costs by applying labor and materials pricing schedules as well as historic data to determine component pricing. This includes requesting and evaluating bids from vendors for materials and supplies, applying mark-ups to direct costs to determine minimum pricing, and calculating labor and materials costs to establish minimum pricing with respect to acceptable cost margins. The position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to function in a fast-paced, demanding environment. In addition to the essential functions, the Estimator may assist in other areas of project development and completion, contributing to the overall success of the projects undertaken by MC². This role is based in the U.S., with a preference for candidates located on the west coast, and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.
