About the position
The Estimator/Project Manager at TekisHub Consulting Services is responsible for overseeing bridge construction projects, including estimating costs and managing project timelines. Responsibilities
- Oversee bridge construction projects from estimation to completion.
- Review construction plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Estimate project costs and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and engineers, to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in bridge construction, estimating, or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and means specific to bridge construction.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience in construction management and estimating.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong experience reviewing construction drawings.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with Bluebeam and Outlook.
