Requirements

• Proven experience in auto estimating, particularly in collision repair.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft TEAMS for virtual meetings.
• Knowledge of the latest estimating software and tools.
