About the position

The Ethics and Compliance Program Manager at ServiceNow will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and programs within the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team. This position involves managing multiple key initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the operationalization of primary initiatives under the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO). The role emphasizes collaboration, relationship-building, and effective communication to foster a strong ethics culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Program manage E&C strategic initiatives end-to-end, including the development and execution of project plans.
  • Manage and track the strategic program portfolio, reporting status to the CECO regularly.
  • Partner with E&C leadership and their teams to manage progress on prioritized strategic initiatives and OKRs.
  • Project manage E&C awards and certifications, as well as E&C program assessments.
  • Enhance and monitor program KPIs and metrics in collaboration with Legal Ops and other compliance program SMEs.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic program objectives.
  • Create a collaborative team environment that fosters trust, creativity, and learning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance field.
  • Experience in owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working across various stakeholders within multiple functions and regions.
  • Experience launching new cross-functional programs and governance structures, defining scope, goals, and requirements.
  • Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes, decisions, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, manage multiple projects, prioritize, plan, and delegate tasks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Prior experience at a SaaS or PaaS Cloud company.

Nice-to-haves

  • Lean Six Sigma black belt preferred.
