About the position

The ETL Administrator role at Radiant Digital focuses on managing data warehousing and business intelligence solutions, specifically utilizing Informatica IICS. The position requires extensive experience in ETL processes, cloud technologies, and CI/CD tools, with a strong emphasis on automation and data quality. The role is designed for a senior-level professional who can effectively troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Informatica IICS environment, including installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Design, develop, and deploy ETL pipelines using Informatica and IICS.
• Automate administrative tasks using Python and shell scripting.
• Triage and resolve production issues and outages with analytical skills.
• Work with various data sources including relational databases and cloud platforms.
• Ensure data quality and validation in data migration projects.
• Collaborate with agile sprint teams and utilize JIRA for project management.
• Create technical documentation and diagrams using tools like Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience with Informatica IICS Administration.
• 8 years of knowledge in Power Exchange Change Data Capture (CDC).
• 8 years of experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
• 8 years of experience in designing and deploying ETL pipelines.
• 8 years of experience with relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and Snowflake.
• 8 years of proficiency in SQL, Python, and Bash scripting.
• 8 years of experience in data quality frameworks and data modeling techniques.
• 4 years of understanding security principles related to healthcare data.

• Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry (3 years).
• Prior experience with an HHS agency (2 years).
• Prior experience working with PII or PHI data (2 years).
