About the position

We are seeking an ETL Developer with a strong background in SQL and Python to join our team in a hybrid work environment based in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role requires the candidate to be present in the office 2-3 times a week. The ideal candidate will have experience with various ETL tools, although specific experience with Informatica, IBM, or Teradata is not mandatory. The focus is on having a solid understanding of SQL and some coding experience, which will be essential for developing and maintaining ETL processes. The position may involve working with artificial intelligence language tools to enhance job descriptions and other documentation, ensuring that the role aligns with the latest technological advancements in the field. Candidates should be prepared to collaborate with other team members and contribute to the overall success of our data management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL and Python.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Utilize ETL tools such as Informatica, IBM, or Teradata as needed.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
  • Document ETL processes and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
