About the position

The ETL Developer at Zenith Services is responsible for architecting, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable data applications and data pipelines. This senior-level role requires extensive experience in data engineering, particularly with Informatica and Snowflake, to solve complex business problems and mentor junior team members. The position involves collaboration with product managers and scrum masters to ensure successful sprint deliverables and story creation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop end-to-end scalable data applications and data pipelines.
• Lead the team in assisting with story creation and sprint deliverables.
• Mentor junior technologists in data engineering best practices.
• Design and implement automated data solutions using Snowflake lakehouse.
• Build workflows and develop ETL processes using SQL or Python.
• Implement data solutions with a focus on CICD, change management, and data security.
• Work with enterprise data warehouse solutions and various databases.

Requirements

• 12 years of technology experience.
• 7 years of experience in identifying technical solutions for complex business problems.
• 7 years of experience in data engineering, architecting, and developing data applications.
• 7 years of experience leading and developing automated Informatica data pipelines.
• 4 years of experience with Informatica cloud (IICS) and data profiling tools.
• 7 years of experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions and platforms.
• 5 years of experience designing automated data solutions using Snowflake lakehouse.
• 5 years of experience mentoring other technologists.
• 5 years of experience implementing data solutions with a focus on CICD and data security.
• 4 years of experience with software engineering best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• AWS or Informatica or Snowflake certification is preferred.
• Experience with Dataiku is a plus.
