About the position

The ETL Developer role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable data applications and data pipelines within a banking environment. The position requires collaboration with product managers and scrum masters to lead the team in delivering sprint objectives and ensuring high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical solutions for complex business problems and provide recommendations.
• Architect and develop end-to-end scalable data applications and data pipelines.
• Lead the team in assisting with story creation and sprint deliverables.
• Develop automated Informatica data pipelines and ensure data quality and profiling.
• Work with enterprise data warehouse solutions and various databases including RDBMS and Snowflake.
• Design and implement automated data solutions using Snowflake lakehouse.
• Mentor other technologists in data engineering best practices.
• Implement data solutions with a focus on CICD, change management, and data security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in identifying technical solutions for complex business problems.
• 7 years of experience in data engineering, developing scalable data applications and pipelines.
• 7 years of experience with Informatica data pipelines, including 4 years with Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• 7 years of experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions and various databases.
• 5 years of experience designing automated data solutions using Snowflake lakehouse.
• 5 years of experience mentoring other technologists.
• 5 years of experience with CICD, change management, and data security best practices.
• 4 years of experience with software engineering best practices and agile methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• AWS or Informatica or Snowflake certification.
• Experience with Dataiku.
