About the position

The Application Analyst at All Lines Technology is responsible for optimizing IT designs, development, and support to align with strategic business imperatives. This role involves adhering to DevSecOps standards throughout the development lifecycle, providing production maintenance and support, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful application development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support by utilizing competencies in business requirements and application administration.
• Monitor system health, review logs and reports, and escalate issues to vendors as necessary.
• Analyze, implement, modify, and monitor application performance, including server applications.
• Participate in discussions regarding system requirements and objectives based on business needs.
• Identify and explain application performance issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Support business processing requirements and assist with installations and upgrades.
• Utilize project management skills to deliver corporate initiatives as part of the Technology project team.
• Evaluate business implications of application performance using analytical skills.
• Communicate with lines of business users and report issues related to application reliability and performance.
• Act as a vendor liaison for assigned applications and follow change control procedures.

• Competent in MS Office applications
• Proficient in SQL and SQL Store Procedure Development
• Experience with GIT/Version Control
• ETL Development experience (SQL Integrations Services (SSIS) or other ETL tools)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• Programming skills in Web, .Net, Visual Basic, ASP.NET, and Javascript
• Experience with BI tools (SQL Reporting Services, PowerBI)
