About the position

The Senior ETL Informatica Developer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable data applications and data pipelines. This role requires extensive experience in data engineering, particularly with Informatica and cloud technologies, to solve complex business problems and enhance data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical solutions for complex business problems and provide recommendations.
• Lead the development of automated Informatica data pipelines, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Work with product managers and scrum masters to assist in story creation and sprint deliverables.
• Design and implement automated data solutions using Snowflake lakehouse.
• Mentor junior technologists and guide them in best practices.
• Implement data solutions with a focus on CICD, change management, and data security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in technology and data engineering, focusing on scalable data applications and pipelines.
• 7 years of experience leading automated Informatica data pipelines, with at least 4 years in Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• 7 years of experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions and various databases (e.g., RDBMS, Snowflake).
• 5 years of experience designing automated data solutions using Snowflake lakehouse and programming in SQL or Python.
• 5 years of experience mentoring other technologists.
• 4 years of experience with software engineering best practices and agile methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• AWS or Informatica or Snowflake certification is preferred.
• Experience with Dataiku is a plus.
