About the position

The ETL Informatica Developer will be responsible for designing and building data provisioning workflows and pipelines, as well as managing data integration solutions to support the information lifecycle needs of the organization. This role involves working with ETL tools, particularly Informatica and Talend, to enhance data accessibility, efficiency, and quality while mentoring junior developers and participating in Agile development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data provisioning workflows/pipelines and physical data schemas.
• Analyze, develop, and execute data integration solutions.
• Design and develop programs and tools for data ingestion, curation, and provisioning.
• Participate in and lead peer development and code reviews within Agile sprints.
• Build data architecture and applications for reporting, analytics, and data management.
• Continuously learn to maintain strong knowledge of technology enablers.
• Mentor new and junior developers.
• Analyze complex technical problems and recommend process improvements.
• Work in an Agile environment to develop data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of project experience in ETL development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably Shell and Python.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda and CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with enterprise scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica and Talend.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Talend is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
