About the position

The ETL Informatica Developer role is focused on database development, specifically in the context of data warehousing applications on AWS. The position requires extensive experience in SQL coding, data analysis, and implementation, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and analytical skills. The developer will work with large datasets and cloud architectures, utilizing tools like Informatica IICS and Airflow to manage ETL processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, document, code, test, and implement SQL code for database development.
• Work with Data Warehouse applications on AWS.
• Utilize Airflow for workflow management.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries in Oracle and Snowflake.
• Implement cloud architectures for data processing.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Utilize version control systems, specifically GitHub, for code management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in database development.
• Thorough knowledge of Data Warehouse applications on AWS.
• Exceptional Oracle/Snowflake SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in Informatica IICS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of version control concepts and GitHub usage.
• Experience with large, multi-terabyte data warehouses.
• BS in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent experience.
• Medicaid or healthcare claims processing experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with PL/SQL skills.
