About the position

The ETL/Mainframe Lead Developer position at Deloitte involves leading client engagement workstreams focused on improving and transforming processes within the software development and delivery life cycle. This role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the application of leading practice workflows to enhance operational outcomes, all while working in a remote capacity with limited travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in application development, maintenance, testing, and production support under the guidance of the FSI client.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes.
• Implement leading practice workflows, address deficits in quality, and drive operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with CICS, DB2, COBOL, JCL.
• 7+ years of experience working with MongoDB or other leading NoSQL datastore.
• 7+ years of experience implementing Microservice Architecture patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
