About the position

The EV Fluids Account Manager is a remote position focused on managing sales of lubricants within the automotive industry, specifically targeting OEM factories and Tier 1 manufacturers. The role requires a strong background in lubricants sales, particularly with engine oils, transmission fluids, axle fluids, and electric vehicle fluids, and involves significant travel to meet clients and manage accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales of lubricants to OEM factories and Tier 1 manufacturers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the automotive industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the EV fluids segment.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients regarding lubricants and fluids.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in lubricants within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of engine oils, transmission fluids, axle fluids, and electric vehicle fluids.
  • Proven track record of selling directly to OEM factories and Tier 1 manufacturers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
