About the position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle Outfitters, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers. Your primary goal is to engage with guests, promote brand loyalty, and represent the company's values while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions based on their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flexibly work in various zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures with integrity.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
