About the position
The Evening Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for leading and training a team of cleaners during night shifts to ensure high-quality cleaning services for clients. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with team members and fostering a positive work environment. The supervisor will work from 5 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Friday, and is expected to inspire and motivate the cleaning staff while maintaining operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Train and supervise cleaning staff during night shifts.
- Ensure cleaning quality meets client expectations.
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment among cleaners.
- Provide feedback and support to team members.
- Manage work orders and ensure comprehension among staff.
Requirements
- Valid Montana Driver License.
- Ability to pass DMV, state, and federal background checks.
- Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to read and comprehend written work orders.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds to waist height.
