The Evening Concierge at Mountain Glen plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for residents and their families. Responsibilities

• Greet guests who come to the door
• Assist with sales preparations for upcoming tours
• Handle incoming calls and deliver messages
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations
• Ensure adequate brochures and move-in packets are ready for tours and admissions
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

Requirements

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
• Reliable transportation and dependable to show up on time
• Ownership attitude and ability to prioritize and stay focused despite interruptions
• Compassionate individuals who represent the community positively and professionally
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
