We are currently seeking Customer Experience Representatives (CXR) for our National and Alamo brands. This role is essential in providing superior, friendly, and efficient service to our customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information, which is crucial for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. You will be the face of our company, meeting and greeting customers in a professional and timely manner, and providing them with all the information they need regarding rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services. Your role will also involve answering incoming calls for reservations and inquiries, as well as placing outgoing calls for callback management. This position is located at the St. Paul Minneapolis International Airport (MSP) Terminal 2 and offers a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
  • Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
  • Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors
  • Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
  • Notify Management of any known customer problems
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and participate in company-sponsored classroom training

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
