• Help start the evening Unbiased Updates by managing video content preparation for broadcast or publication.
• Lead the recruitment process for new evening video editors, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Provide comprehensive training to new hires to ensure they meet company standards.
• Oversee a team of evening video editors, providing guidance, support, and feedback for high-quality output.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing work.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
