The Evening Sales Member at TX Fitness is a part-time role focused on driving membership sales and promoting group fitness classes at Studio X. This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals who are passionate about fitness and wellness, and it involves engaging with potential members, conducting facility tours, and implementing sales strategies to meet targets. The role also emphasizes building strong relationships with members and participating in community outreach to enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into new memberships through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Conduct engaging tours of Studio X, highlighting the benefits and features of our personal training and facilities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve membership sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Studio X Manager and marketing team to promote membership offers.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in community events and outreach to raise awareness about Studio X and TX Fitness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate potential members.
