As a Production Associate at Marvin, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing high-quality windows and doors. The position involves physical activity, as you will be moving throughout the day in a clean, brightly lit, climate-controlled facility where safety is prioritized. Your responsibilities will include assembling products using various tools and automated equipment, which may involve drilling holes, measuring and cutting parts, and operating saws. Clear communication in English, both orally and in writing, is essential for effectively carrying out job functions and collaborating with your team. You will also be required to read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver them to production lines. Working closely with your supervisor, you will troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues that arise during production. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and potentially increasing your earnings. Marvin offers a competitive pay structure, with a guaranteed pay increase after six months of employment. The evening shift runs from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, with a pay rate of $21.50 per hour. All shifts require mandatory overtime, and you will have the flexibility to select a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Responsibilities
