About The Position
The position involves assisting various departments with scheduling and coordinating flow work for Leo Marine vessels during evenings and weekends, as directed by personnel. The role requires answering incoming calls to the main line and transferring them as needed, coordinating operational needs with the Manager on a day-to-day basis, and regularly patrolling the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring the security of doors, windows, and gates. Additionally, the employee will be responsible for writing reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, accidents, the presence of unauthorized persons, suspicious activities, or unusual occurrences, and submitting these daily reports to their direct supervisor. It is essential to adhere to and understand Centerline Logistics' operating policies and procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive communications. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
