About the position

The Event and Marketing Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, managing, promoting, marketing, and executing programs and events for the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This role requires strong program and event management skills to ensure the successful execution of the institute's initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage events and programs for the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage budgets and purchasing requirements for special events.
• Utilize social media marketing tools to enhance event visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Three or more years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a closely related field.
• Experience in writing and editing marketing materials and planning special events.
• Familiarity with purchasing and budgeting for special events.
• Experience with social media marketing tools.
