About the position

The Event Associate at Stone Tower Winery plays a crucial role in enhancing the winery's mission of providing exceptional wine experiences. This part-time position involves engaging with customers, promoting the winery's offerings, and assisting in event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and hospitality, contributing to a positive and memorable environment for guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event facilities and storage spaces.
• Communicate issues promptly and effectively to Senior Management Team.
• Motivate, lead, support, and develop the Hospitality & Events Team.

Requirements

• A passion for and knowledge of wine, wine production, and hospitality.
• Experience in customer service/hospitality industry, event planning, and sales.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated capacity to establish positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Able to lift and move 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Nice-to-haves

• Customer service experience, especially in restaurants.
• Wine knowledge preferred but not required.
