Blenders Eyewear is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Event Brand Ambassador to join our team in Austin, TX. This temporary, part-time role is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to represent our brand at various community events. The Event Brand Ambassador will report directly to the Retail Store Manager and will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at these events. The position is set to run from August 2024 through December 2024, providing an exciting opportunity to engage with customers and promote our stylish eyewear products. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and dismantling event equipment, engaging with customers to promote and sell Blenders Eyewear products, and collecting valuable feedback to improve future events. You will embody the Blenders brand ethos, showcasing high energy and enthusiasm while ensuring a world-class customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively about our products and brand values will be essential in addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will support operational tasks such as processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the event space, and monitoring stock levels. Collaboration with the Store Management team and fellow associates is key, as you will foster positive relationships and demonstrate respect and dependability in all interactions. This role requires flexibility in availability, including weekends and nights, and the ability to work variable hours based on scheduled events.
