About the position
The Event Concierge position at High 5 Family Entertainment Center involves providing exceptional customer service to guests through various communication channels. The role focuses on booking events, responding to inquiries, and generating leads while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails while providing exceptional service to guests.
- Assist in booking events for the locations.
- Gather important information to email and transfer guest calls to the correct department or sales manager.
- Respond promptly to all emails and voice messages sent to the call center.
- Outreach to designated lists of past and potential clients for generating event leads/bookings.
- Keep detailed records of guest interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback received.
- Explain to and help guests with any questions or needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervising Manager.
Requirements
- Bilingual preferred.
- 1 year of experience in hospitality or guest services.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Strong reading, written, and spoken language skills.
- Typing, computer, and phone skills.
