About the position

Bright Event Rentals LLC is seeking an Event Consultant to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. As a leader in the full-service event rental industry, we pride ourselves on creating unique and memorable experiences for our clients, ranging from weddings to corporate events. The Event Consultant will serve as the direct point of contact between our clients and our services, ensuring that every interaction is characterized by excellent service and execution. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that Bright Event Rentals is known for. In this position, the Event Consultant will assist clients over the phone with inquiries regarding our products, help with order placements, and input client information into our rental management system. Effective communication with both the Sales and Operations teams is essential to ensure product availability and to provide clients with timely updates regarding the delivery and installation of equipment. Attention to detail and prompt communication are vital to ensure that events are executed efficiently and meet the satisfaction of our clients. The Event Consultant will also coordinate showroom appointments, create and fill tickets for clients, and assist with product recommendations. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will possess strong organizational skills to handle various client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Coordinate showroom appointments with clients.
  • Create and fill tickets for clients into the rental management system.
  • Assist clients with product needs including recommending any additional product.
  • Answer any sales inquiries or questions over the phone during business hours.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales and Operations team for product availability and discrepancies.
  • Partner with an Event Director for any additional assistance regarding an event including adding or replacing product.
  • Accurately bill and track client orders.

Requirements

  • Computer or Technology literate - familiarity with PC operating systems and Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and answer phone calls for long periods of time.
  • Administrative, sales, or customer experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued but not required.
