Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Event Set Up Team responsible for preparing rooms for meetings and banquets.
  • Ensure all equipment is in working order prior to events.
  • Train and schedule staff effectively to meet event demands.
  • Manage and supervise the Event Set Up House Attendants.
  • Read, review, implement, and follow event orders for meetings and meal functions.
  • Set up rooms with tables, chairs, stages, and other necessary equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banquets or events management.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
