Responsibilities

  • Assist Event Managers with administrative duties including Word processing and event detailing.
  • Coordinate account client needs and client events.
  • Maintain files, systems, and communication to other departments as directed by Event Managers.
  • Prepare presentations and follow up with customers.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to learn and grow within events.
  • Team-oriented individual able to adapt to the ever-changing events industry.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
