The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in events management. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring exceptional guest services and seamless operations from start to finish. The Event Coordinator will work closely with clients, vendors, and staff to create memorable experiences that align with the vision and budget of each event. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, venue selection, and guest services. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each event. Manage budgets for events, ensuring all expenditures align with client expectations while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with hotel staff, catering teams, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of events. Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all details are attended to. Provide on-site coordination during events to address any issues that may arise promptly. Develop timelines for each event and ensure all deadlines are met through effective time management. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Proven experience in events coordination within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and vendors. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management related to event planning. Must be detailed oriented. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
