About the position

The Event Crew for the Kaiser Permanente Thrive Half Marathon is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during the event. This temporary, part-time role involves assisting with event setup, teardown, and various activities to support athletes and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all athletes, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Assist in set-up, tear-down, and event activities ensuring smooth event operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an events operation crew member or as a volunteer at a large-scale event is preferred.
• Ability to work outside while setting up banners, picking up trash, assisting with sports event gear, and loading and unloading a box truck.
