About the position

The Event & Digital Marketing Manager at Ivalua is responsible for leading and managing marketing campaigns for events, particularly the Ivalua NOW event, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to drive sales in the Americas region. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective messaging and branding, maximizing event ROI, and managing post-event communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Ivalua NOW Marketing & Promotion Campaign for the Americas Region.
• Take ownership of marketing responsibilities for third-party events, including sponsorship promotion.
• Collaborate with Campaign & Field Marketing Managers and Product Marketing Team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize event ROI through digital marketing.
• Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing event collateral.
• Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to develop event-specific content.
• Work with sales teams to identify target accounts and create personalized marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update the corporate website event calendar.
• Manage the monthly internal event newsletter.
• Manage post-event communication, including follow-up emails and feedback collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in virtual event platforms (Bizzabo, BigMarker, Cvent, Vfairs, Webex) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Hubspot.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Eloqua/Marketo and DemandBase is a plus.
