About the position

Aviator Coffee Company is seeking experienced Event Drivers to operate a mobile espresso cart at various events, providing exceptional coffee service. This role involves driving, setting up, and managing coffee carts at locations around Atlanta and Athens, with a focus on customer interaction and teamwork. The position offers a flexible schedule with varying hours based on booked events, making it an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Ford Transit Connect Van
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Load, unload, and setup/pickup coffee carts at event locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the coffee cart and vehicle
• Communicate effectively with event managers, clients, and other team members
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and vehicle maintenance

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be 25+ years old for insurance purposes)
• Ability to operate different types of vehicles based on job requirements
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as lifting and pushing heavy items or sitting for long periods of time
• Must be responsible, able to honor schedule commitments and be on time as scheduled
• Neat, well-groomed appearance is required
