About the position
The Game Night Event Host at RezEvents is responsible for leading engaging and entertaining game nights, specifically Trivia and BINGO, at various food and beverage venues in the Houston, TX region. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in live performance, such as actors or comedians, who enjoy creating a fun atmosphere for guests. The position requires managing game play through a web application and ensuring a lively experience for participants.
Responsibilities
- Operate Trivia or BINGO web application to manage game play (training provided)
- Connect laptop computer to venue's Audio/Video for in-person game nights
- Make announcements over P/A system to welcome players and run the game
- Simultaneously conduct the game while entertaining guests
- Provide post-event wrap-up to the RezEvents home-base
- Act as a great ambassador for the RezEvents team
Requirements
- Must have reliable laptop computer with HDMI connection port or adapter for video
- Bluetooth capability for audio
- Previous experience with audio & video equipment is preferred
- Must be 21+
- Have reliable transportation
