About the position

As an Event Host at Bowlero Corp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction throughout events, managing various tasks to exceed expectations. This part-time position involves multitasking in a lively entertainment environment, where you will coordinate event details, assist guests, and create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren't just met, but exceeded
• Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing bowling lessons.
