Schulz Bräu Brewing is seeking a creative, highly organized Event Manager and Marketing Coordinator to help us execute unforgettable events and elevate our brand presence. In this role, you will work closely with our Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator, taking charge of conceptualizing event ideas, communicating with guests, and ensuring each event is flawlessly executed while driving engagement and growth through strategic marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including private events, live music, and seasonal celebrations such as Oktoberfest. You will identify customer requirements and expectations for each event, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience. Additionally, you will manage event logistics, such as coordinating with vendors, securing permits, and overseeing setup and breakdown. As the Manager on Duty, you will provide event day coverage, serving as the main point of contact for clients. In terms of marketing and promotion, you will collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator to develop comprehensive event strategies. This includes creating and implementing promotional materials and social media campaigns to drive attendance and engagement. You will also develop and maintain a content calendar for events, ensuring timely and effective communication across all marketing channels. Utilizing email marketing, social media, and other digital platforms, you will promote events and engage with the audience. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns will be crucial, as you will need to adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. Building and maintaining relationships with local media, influencers, and community partners will enhance event visibility and reach. Budget management is another key aspect of this role. You will monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards. Evaluating event success and collecting feedback from participants will help you continuously improve future events. You will prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes, feedback, and areas for improvement. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 1-2 years of experience in event management and marketing. Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
