We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Manager to join our team in Miami Beach. This full-time position requires a candidate with a background in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel or restaurant management, who is skilled in managing events and coordinating logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all event details, including dates, times, and pricing
• Conduct tours of the event space for prospective clients
• Work with vendors to ensure smooth event execution
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle all aspects of event logistics from start to finish

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management, restaurant management, or a similar hospitality role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Local to Miami Beach and able to start immediately
