The Event Manager at LAZ Parking is responsible for overseeing the parking operations for events, ensuring professional management 24/7 under the guidance of the Senior Manager. The Event Manager must understand and comply with all contractual agreements between LAZ Parking and its clients, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance business operations. Additionally, the Event Manager will assist in developing both short- and long-term strategic plans based on event knowledge and data analysis. Responsibilities include preparing, tracking, and managing events and initiatives throughout the year, managing staff schedules and assignments, and overseeing event operations. The role may also require working outside of regular hours to meet operational needs, emphasizing flexibility and adaptability in scheduling.
