  • Monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details, including room blocks, meeting space, and billing details.
  • Gain knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage products, pricing, and presentation.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills with a keen focus on details.

Requirements

  • Experience in event planning or management in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and details simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and event logistics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a hotel or large venue setting.
  • Familiarity with event management software.
