About the position

Gabriel Health Institute is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager to lead the planning, marketing, and execution of our core events, specifically our CNA classes. This role is critical to enhancing our outreach and enrollment efforts by ensuring that our classes and related events are well-attended, smoothly operated, and effectively marketed. The Event Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these events, from conceptualization to execution, with a focus on driving student enrollment and enhancing our brand presence. In this position, you will lead the planning and execution of CNA classes and other key events, ensuring they align with the institute's objectives and brand standards. You will develop and implement event strategies that increase attendance and engagement, particularly for our CNA classes. This includes coordinating all logistical aspects of events, such as scheduling, venue setup, vendor management, and staffing. It is essential that events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that promote our CNA classes and other events. Utilizing various channels, including social media, email marketing, and community outreach, you will attract prospective students and partners. You will also drive enrollment for CNA classes through proactive outreach and relationship-building with local communities, schools, and healthcare facilities. Your role will also involve overseeing the operational aspects of CNA classes, ensuring a seamless experience for students, instructors, and staff. You will manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to deadlines. Leading and coordinating event staff, including volunteers, will be crucial to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze event performance to assess ROI and continuously improve future event strategies.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of CNA classes, ensuring a seamless experience for students, instructors, and staff.
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
  • Lead and coordinate event staff, including volunteers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the education or healthcare sector.
  • Experience working with schools or education-related organizations is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, event management software, and marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure.
