About the position

We are seeking an experienced event manager who can effectively raise sponsorship revenue and oversee the execution of various events. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing tailored sponsorship packages and managing all aspects of events to ensure successful outcomes for both the organization and its clients from start to finish. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing events while managing event budgets, allocating resources, and tracking expenses to ensure financial success. You will implement effective time management strategies to meet event deadlines and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality events. Additionally, you will be tasked with upselling event packages and services to maximize revenue opportunities, collaborating with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance, and providing excellent guest services to ensure attendee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tailored sponsorship packages for events.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of events from start to finish.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, public relations, hospitality, or a related field.
• Two years or more experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proven track record of organizing successful events.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
