About the position

Crawl With US is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Manager to oversee our Halloween Bar Crawls and other future events. This part-time, contract position offers a pay rate of $25 per hour, with shifts typically lasting from 2 PM to 10 PM. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment where the number of attendees can vary significantly, from 100 to 1000 people, depending on the event. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently, which includes checking people in and coordinating with other staff members. We strive to make the job as straightforward and organized as possible, and we are looking for someone who can maintain a calm demeanor and effectively manage the event flow. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event management or a solid understanding of how events operate. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with district managers and venue owners, as well as explaining duties to other event staff.
