About the position

Crawl With US is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Manager to oversee our Halloween Bar Crawls and other future events. This part-time, contract position offers a pay rate of $25 per hour. The Event Manager will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently, working in a fast-paced environment that can host anywhere from 100 to 1000 attendees. The role requires a commitment to maintaining a positive atmosphere and ensuring that all event staff adhere to guidelines. The shift for this position typically lasts from 2 PM to 10 PM, with the first event scheduled for Saturday, October 26th. The Event Manager will play a crucial role in checking people in and coordinating with district managers and venue owners to facilitate a successful event experience. We strive to make the job as organized as possible, and we expect our Event Manager to embody professionalism and effective communication throughout the event.

Responsibilities
