About the position

Crawl With US is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Manager to oversee our Halloween Bar Crawls and other future events. This part-time, contract position offers a pay rate of $25 per hour, with shifts typically lasting from 2 PM to 10 PM, totaling 8 hours. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment where the number of attendees can vary significantly, from 100 to 1000 people, depending on the event. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the event runs smoothly and efficiently, which includes checking people in and coordinating with other staff members. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to think quickly on their feet. Previous experience in event management or a solid understanding of event operations is essential. You will need to communicate effectively with district managers and venue owners, as well as explain duties to other event staff. The job is designed to be straightforward, but it is crucial to adhere to certain guidelines: no yelling or arguing, no drinking on the job, and punctuality is a must.
