About the position
Hutcherson Construction is seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Marketer to promote our brand through various events and marketing initiatives. This part-time, temporary role is essential for enhancing outreach and engagement strategies while effectively representing the organization at events.
Responsibilities
- Engage with attendees during events to provide information about our offerings and schedule appointments with our sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event objectives with overall goals.
- Deliver presentations or public speaking engagements at events to effectively communicate our brand message.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and sponsors to enhance event success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and sales; experience in food service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to collect and analyze data for informed decision-making regarding future events.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming challenges that may arise during events.
- Previous experience in event planning or marketing is highly desirable.
