About the position

The Event Marketing and Sales Assistant position is an entry-level role focused on engaging customers and promoting products at various retail events and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the client's brand at retail events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Engage with potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Acquire and retain extensive knowledge about the brand's products and services, as well as competitor offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with new customer registrations, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Track interactions and compile daily reports to provide valuable feedback to clients.

Requirements
