About the position

As an Event Marketing Coordinator at Klein Tools, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and promotion of trade shows and annual sales meetings. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the brand and drive engagement through successful event delivery. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and annual sales meetings to ensure event success.
• Coordinate logistics and internal order submissions to ensure timely delivery.
• Complete orders for booth furnishings with show management.
• Manage submissions of company listings for online and printed trade show materials, including product image submissions.
• Manage group registration for select trade shows and association meetings, including hotel bookings and booth purchases.
• Manage requests from Sales for promotional items such as tents and banners.
• Maintain inventory of trade show collateral and submit purchase orders for replenishment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and processes.
• Create and maintain the annual event calendar.
